The sound is truly amazing! It's small enough to clip to a backpack strap while snowboarding, but still great for its size. Most people probably won't use this if they're committed to their personality like I am, but you can get a pretty heavy bass feel if you do. Even when placed on a table or anywhere in the room, it projects very well and I was almost never at full volume. The LEDs on the front are interesting, but I usually just turned them off to save battery, which may not have been necessary. I consistently managed to ski 2 days in a row and later had the energy left to use up at the cabin. Unfortunately I didn't attach it well to me and lost it somewhere in the woods. Keystone - but so far it's been pretty sweet.
