I gave it 5 stars despite some issues. The exterior is fantastic, I have the dark brown in black interior and it clicks beautifully. Installation requires you to have 4 hands or be able to install a screw with one hand. First you need to use the included rubber anti-slip strip under the clamp, this will prevent the tee from slipping. It is extremely important if you are counting on it being able to be operated with one hand. Proper installation is even more important if you need to operate the spinner alone. First, take a comfortable position where you can control the entire steering wheel with one hand. Left-handed people should experiment with the 9-11 o'clock position, right-handed people with the 1-3 o'clock position. For each hand you will need either 12 or just under, but anywhere from 10 to 2 hours will work. For installation: the first digit if you need a thicker or thinner anti-slip coating. You should also keep the thicker anti-slip if you decide to use a thinner one first. wheel, make sure it is fully closed so that the handle/screw is only applied for mounting and not for squeezing the device. If you use a screw to tighten the clamp, not only is there a risk of breaking the screw, but the clamp may not be tightened as tightly as it should be. Once you are ready to attach, position the handle by lining up the tabs on the clip with the grooves on the handle - this is also important. Thread the screw all the way in and then tighten, there should be no resistance to turning the screw until you approach the locked/fixed position. If there is resistance in the middle, use a screw to close the slack in the clamp. Tell your friend to adjust/tighten more firmly when screwing. Once you have it securely fastened, you should test its smooth operation. The clamp shouldn't slide around the handlebars at all and shouldn't push back and forth easily, although the friction can only hold a certain amount of pressure depending on how hard you push. If it moves around the steering wheel, the installation is totally wrong, install it correctly. If it moves back and forth easily on the handle, you need to upgrade to a thicker anti-slip. On my setup, the thinner anti-slip worked great at first and then loosened up a bit. The leather on my steering wheel seemed to shrink, and then a thicker non-slip material came in and tightened it tighter.
