As many have said, a DOA unit. I called the seller and the customer service was terrible to say the least. They admitted that the devices they sell here are not even tested, but simply assembled and shipped. The one they sent back to me now with assurances that I would be tested lasted one ride before the regulator jammed and had to be replaced. These devices are rubbish, waste your extra and buy an OEM Polaris device.
