Yes they don't have the feature I'm talking about on most webcams but this one literally screamed it out I think. What is missing. Remote control. Features like zoom and other settings are perfect to have a remote that can control this, especially when used for remote learning functions. Having to move to set up buttons while checking the view on the computer screen is more work than necessary. Considering the cost and functionality here, the remote shouldn't have been a problem for me. This camera is head and shoulders above most webcams, there's no doubt about that. It's hard to beat in a conference room presentation that can be used for most home webcams, but I'll keep wanting that remote control. When using webcams, I often hold my laptop in an odd position and use my mouse to capture a picture or video. It helps a little considering it's not built into my laptop and isn't held in place by a short cable. The picture is much better than either native or most add-on cameras for photo and video. It could have been better. A little pricey like most webcams, but worth it. highlighted.
