Review on Brighten Up Your Space With H.VERSAILTEX'S White Linen Blackout Patio Door Curtain by Cathy Blount

Grommet Curtains Are Underrated.

I rely upon reviews and because I went through 7 different sets of curtains and finally settled on these, I figured I should leave a review. First color. I went with Ivory and they are in fact Ivory with a linen fabric look. Very similar to my dining chairs which is what I was going for. My wall color is "Agreeable Gray” and it blends nicely with these curtains. I typically don’t go for Grommet curtains because to be honest, they aren’t favored in the world of interior design but I think they should be brought back because they never fail with hanging nicely. They are very uniformed which I appreciate. I bought these because I wanted a thick curtain look, not for blackout purposes but I believe they would probably do the trick if that’s your goal. Maybe not 100% blackout but pretty close to. Note* I don’t believe these to be 108”. All my previous curtains that were 108” touched the floor and these did not so because my rods were already hung for all the others, I will have to drop them down just a smidge. Also they are NOT super easy to iron. It takes some time and they all came with a crease that was almost impossible to get out. However, after hanging, it’s hardly noticeable and I think with my steamer and enough time, they should fall out completely. Overall, they are super pretty and I’m happy with the quality and look :)

Pros
  • Versatile and adaptable
Cons
  • The white color may not be suitable for homes with young children
