I bought this system instead of game consoles because I prefer PS3 style gamepads. I bought 2 extra playmats for 4 player games. I also plugged in a USB arcade pad and that worked too! I bought it to play various beat em up games like Final Fight, Cadillacs and Dinosaurs etc and it was amazing! Wireless remotes have limited range in a large room, but mostly work. So far so good with no complaints. Some games have sporadic audio issues (in and out) and there are thousands of games I'll probably never play. It's worth the nostalgia for the ones I really wanted!
