Very helpful and user friendly tool for shipment management

It's not only easy but also very useful in managing our daily operations as well allocating resources at any given time without wasting much effort or money since everything can be done online through this platform! I don't have anything bad about it so far!! The best part was being able track my shipments from beginning till end which made me feel secured knowing where they are along their journey until delivery day.  Nothing yet. ! But i'm sure there will come something good when we start using more features like tracking other carriers than just UPS/UPS Ground etc.,.

Very user friendly
Easy to navigate around with different options available for customers
Helps users manage all aspects efficiently while keeping costs down.
Tracking is possible even thru email notification if preferred by customer, especially helpful during emergency scenarios such natural disasters
