I bought these because I was having wiring issues on my trailer's existing signal lights. I only needed them for a few runs. Well two runs is all I have before they started working weird. One signal works and the other doesn't. Then they both blinked sometimes, and then nothing. I had to make mounts for them because the magnets aren't strong enough to hold the steel wings. The best part about them is that they came ready to use, just plug in and go! Lots of wire to get to the end of the truck. I used them on an 8x6 trailer and would probably work fine on a 12x8 trailer. At $22 not bad for what I was doing. But don't think that this is some kind of permanent solution.
