I was sitting on the quarterdeck and suddenly he started flopping wildly. I jumped on him and pushed him onto the deck. The collar ring fell out of the crack and got stuck. The chain cut off his breath completely. I called my wife and she held it and tried to loosen the chain a bit. Fortunately, I'm one of those people who have a place for everything and everything in its place. I ran to my tool box and grabbed my little ones. The little ones cut through the heavy chain like butter. My wife cried with joy. So 1. Get some small cutters2. Knowing where to put them3 Never put a choke collar on an animal, it will kill it.
