This arrived in a box completely broken and fully sealed with duct tape. It was NOT placed in a shipping box, but shipped in the original box with label. Surprisingly, the meat grinders stayed intact! How, no idea. I think the company should use decent cardboard. Choppers are also "Made in China". I thought they were made in DENMARK and was disappointed. However, they work well, are beautiful and look so good on my counter. I don't think I'll be ordering from Revain Global again due to delivery circumstances, but I love coffee grinders.
