I gave this to my sister as stocking filler for the holidays. So far we have opened 3 bottles of wine with it. It is very easy to use and does not require much effort. You just stick the cork in, make a few clicks, and then pull the cork out. Once the cork is on top, slide the plastic layer down to push the cork out of the spike. I wouldn't be too rough on it. I can imagine people rocking this thing with too much force or smashing plastic to end up getting out of the cork. Let sober people take advantage =)
