I bought two of these windows for my bedroom. One of the two came without fittings. I contacted Chicology and they sent me the gear but it took about 6 days. I've already hung another one and removed the old blinds. I was frustrated that I had an open window and an unfinished project. When the gear arrived and was hung, I wasn't much happier. They hardly work. They are difficult to put down and do not go up without a fuss. One stopped working altogether. I've only had them for 3-4 months. I used to buy all my bathroom Roman shades and more. I went online and ordered them today. I'm going to throw these Chicologies in the trash. I wasted my money.
