Exact replacement for my Woodwind SG
I suspect my chef's rotisserie grill is reading too low an ambient temperature; He never read over 380-390Β° at the highest level, but things were boiling too fast. This block is identical to the original in length, base, attachment, wire length - everything. After replacement, the high temperature again showed more than 500. Confirmed temperature with an oven thermometer. It may be worth changing about once a year to keep it working effectively.
