The ability to use multiple extensions, voicemail transcription etc all within one single tool was very helpful when our call volume increased significantly during COVID 19 lockdown period in India - which saw an increase of over 300% from normal levels! I wish there were more features available than what we have now but it's still good enough as per business needs at this point.

It has really helped us reduce time spent managing calls/voicemails by orders of magnitude with minimal effort required on part of users (users can pick up any extension or even do their own IVR).
