I do not cease to rejoice at the purchase, a very good deal!

Bought as an external DVD'reader for raspberry pi4. Does the job, enough power. Connected to the computer a couple of times, everything is fine.
Although I want to note that if you also connect an external HDD to pi4 usb, then there is not enough power for the second device. So, one thing or DVD or HDD

Pros

Nice box on the table. Works even with raspberry pi4. 😍 Reads old and scratched DVD discs. Hand tray is a plus for me

Cons

The footrest is just awful. A very unreliable solution. Short cable. A huge box, in which 3-4 more of the same will fit without any problems. No usb3.0 support, (do you need it?, well, maybe just for power)

Has some pros Reliability of Asus products, very beautiful and stylish drive. Different cons: They simply do not exist, not counting the short cable.

Its pros: Good quality and not noisy. The packaging is of good quality. Has some cons USB to mini USB cable mini USB is rarely used in modern gadgets.
