I replaced the throttle body on my 2005 Trailblazer and bought this spacer just in case. I'm glad I did this because it turned out the faulty throttle body was factory and the gasket had grime on it as if it were leaking. Often replacement throttle bodies do not come with this gasket. For the price, it's not worth the risk to reuse what in my case is probably a 15 year old gasket with over 200,000 miles on it.
