Review on ☕ Soulhand Pour Over Kettle: Black Gooseneck Water Kettle with Thermometer for Induction Cooker - 51oz/1500Ml by Joi Thomas

I love the style and look of this teapot. Our induction hob heats up very quickly. Cook at level 6 out of 10! The handle doesn't get hot - I also use a small burner and as I said it cooks at a much lower level than you might think. People who have melty handles are probably using it on a gas torch and getting too hot. Not to mention the obvious, but this is a kettle - its walls get hot - don't touch the walls or lid of the kettle. The small thermometer is the lifting point for removing the cover. As you can see from the photo, the water stays hot even after standing for five minutes or more. On my stove on level 6 it reached almost 120 degrees. I find it amazing! I want the kettle to whistle. My teapot had these little stains that appeared after the very first use. I'll keep an eye on them and let you know if I see any new developments. Otherwise I am very satisfied with this product. The matte black finish is great, however care needs to be taken when cleaning to avoid scratches, that's the only reason I gave it 4 stars for cleaning. I love the matte black color and chose this product because of this beautiful finish. In my opinion, this is not entirely a minus. We keep it on our stovetop so I wanted something that is well designed and looks beautiful, minimalistic and elegant.
