
Love this sushi set. Great for beginners like me. The value is great. I made vegan sushi for my wife and she loved it. To prepare a sushi roll, you need to buy the right rice. I bought koshihikari rice which is very short grain rice. Rinse the rice in a bowl of cold water, then drain or use a colander. Do this about three times until the water runs clear. This allows you to remove excess starch. I cook in a rice cooker so it's easier. 1:1 ratio. For example, a cup of rice is a cup of water. After cooking, I add half a teaspoon of liquid sushi seasoning to the rice and stir. Allow 5 minutes for installation. Then spread the rice evenly over the nori. Add whatever you like in the middle of the roll. Roll up tightly. Cut and serve.
