Review on Lippert 335852 Straptek Tension Technology by Jerry Mangum

I don't know yet how they will pull but I have a broken ratchet like some others. The teeth are aligned and snap well on 1 mechanism, but on the other hand the teeth are misaligned and therefore either attached to the external teeth but not to the internal teeth or vice versa. Quality control is obviously an issue as I've read other reviews on these issues and at this price point I didn't expect others to have to check the internal and external gears on both gears to make sure they meshed on both sides and I did pretty sure amazon will come up and fix this but i'm upset that none of this gets fixed until my trip this weekend and i just cut off welded brackets so they can be installed
