Excellent cup release mechanism
I use it at my desk every day. It's so nice that it turns off when you put the mug away. I'm the guy who would most likely have forgotten about it overnight if it hadn't been automated. Speaking of heating power. I have to put the coffee cup saucer on top of the cup to keep it warm. It's not the GREATEST thing to keep your coffee hot, but it's better than nothing. Overall, I'm still glad I have it.
