I use this product to fix my phone properly and not rattle all over the car. It works very well for this app and keeps my phone right where I need it when I need it. Suction is excellent, "sticking" to the windshield is excellent, and the ability of the joints to maintain "lock" is good. enough. I highly recommend some sort of "Loctite" or similar product on any bolted joint when dealing with occasional vibration exposure (e.g. long road trips) and this product is no exception. Overall I like this product. It keeps my phone where I want it, keeps it there for a long time, and lasts many hours on the road.
