We had a backup camera on our minivan and it makes our lives so much safer I nearly ran over an elderly man, At Als When I parked my Civic at church last weekend, I immediately rushed to get a backup camera for this 2003 Civic as well. I needed a wireless and this kit looks handy to install with the wireless transmitters included, is very inexpensive and came in just a few days. Installation on the Honda Civic was trivial. The camera attaches to the number plate and the power cable enters the trunk through one of the rear number plate light lenses, which on this Civic comes out very easily (just an 8mm screw and a couple of plastic clips/tabs that slide in easily ). on the rear trunk lid).
