This is snake oil. It's a 25 cent resistor in a fancy package. The resistance fools the mass air flow sensor into thinking the engine is colder than it actually is, and no more. If you ever cut one of these you will see nothing but cheap resistance. No "chip" and no "programmer". If you need an overpriced piece of aluminum that doesn't contain anything, then this is definitely for you.
