Review on 📷 JJC MC-4 Water-Resistant Memory Card Case: Ultra-Durable for 4CF, 8XD, and 8 Micro SD Cards by Don Merritt

This case is definitely not waterproof and as stated on the packaging it is simply "waterproof". The gasket is poorly designed, misaligned, and can actually fall out when the case is open. A simple captive O-ring design would be more reliable. The case clamp cannot compress the supplied gasket enough to ensure a proper water or airtight seal and the gasket is not cemented in its groove and tends to pop out when the case is opened. However, such a cover provides good protection against mechanical damage. The molded interior is also made of high-quality rubberized plastic, but its cutouts are very poorly suited for micro SD memory cards. Luckily I also ordered a credit card sized DiMeCard micro8 microSD card holder that fits in this case without modification. I even have room for a Wintec Filemate USB 2.0 micro SD card reader and optional SD card adapters.
