. Abuse Abuse. It's quite heavy for its small size and the cards are held in place very securely with durable rubber. There's a strong rubber grommet on the outer edge where the case opens, and the clasp is quite difficult to open unless you really want to. I think it should hold up well if not hit by a car.

I don't know what alternate universe this would fit in on a micro SD but none of mine would fit. Just like a regular SD card. However, I find it waterproof due to the dense construction and rubber gasket. I ended up cutting out all the rubber in the middle with a razor knife and jiggle the memory cards inside. Memory cards have no moving parts, so they are unlikely to be affected by the case being dropped. In a way it serves its purpose, but not as elegantly as I would like.

Does a good job. I didn't know it supported Micro SD and XD until I got it. I thought it supports Micro SD and Full Size SD. But otherwise it works great with my micro SD cards.

This case is definitely not waterproof and as stated on the packaging it is simply "waterproof". The gasket is poorly designed, misaligned, and can actually fall out when the case is open. A simple captive O-ring design would be more reliable. The case clamp cannot compress the supplied gasket enough to ensure a proper water or airtight seal and the gasket is not cemented in its groove and tends to pop out when the case is opened. This case is well made and ideal if you plan to use it for CF cards. SD cards do not fit properly in the case. Partly my fault as the description says Micro SD. I can use it for four SD cards if I store them in the plastic sleeves they come in, but they are loose in this arrangement. Works well enough for 2 (poorly fitting) SDs and 2 CFs.
