The customer service is fantastic! I have not found anything I dislike about the program. I've used it for years and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an easy to use program to help manage their accounts. I am able to send clients invoices, manage their accounts, and send them reminders. It has really helped my business grow. I've been able to easily track my leads, and it has allowed me to see who has not been responding to my communications. It's really helped me to send invoices, and to keep track of my leads.
