the fan is quiet and works well. The wiring wasn't an exact replacement for my Harman P68, but some zip ties were added and I have a good replacement. Nice to have a silent fan again! I would give 5 stars but the packaging was inadequate. The aluminum fins are very brittle and although mine wasn't damaged I felt like it was an accident. The fan was packed with other items and plastic to fill the space. The fan's weight on its own wires damaged two of the three wires - my ground and the white wire. I felt it should have been packed in a smaller box to protect it. I was able to use my old ground from the original fan and tape off the white wire - the damaged one was too close to the block to cut. That was disappointing and I hope they improve the packaging in the future.
