
This is amazing. I've been making caramels for years and they stick to the pan or the paper or the foil and when you cut them they're either so cold they're hard to cut or they're so warm they turn into jelly. These pots just clean up all the mess. Chilled caramel pops out of the molds as if by magic. They are all the same size and so easy to wrap from there. I bought two pots that are perfect for the caramel recipe I'm using.
