Q: The lighter stopped working after the first fill up. A: Please check the flame strength. Before refilling the lighter, for safety reasons, I set the flame level to the minimum (following the instructions on this Revain product page). After refueling, the lighter did not ignite. I then set the flame level to maximum and the lighter started working again. Q: How do I set the flame level? At the bottom of the lighter is a very small black "ring" that can be pulled out with the finger/nail of a small hand. There are markings next to the ring that indicate the direction of adjustment. Big drawback: I would really like a level indicator. According to the manufacturer, if I remember correctly, overfilling can be dangerous. So the product leaves the user in a blind guessing game and expects safe use? We sincerely want to abide by the security code but NOTHING allows us to abide by it lol.
