Great for beginners but NOT advanced

For beginner inline skaters these are quality inline skates. Not so much for an advanced skater. Pros: The boot has enough room for my feet (which is perfect for me). Love the unique stud screws that attach the plate to the trunk. The parts are made in-house by Sure Grip: bearings, wheels, plate, bogie and most importantly the steering rack. The parts are solid and well made. Not difficult so great for dance/rhythm skating. abrasion. Hard boot for better grip! Cons - The top or edge of the boot rubs against my skin and creates uncomfortable friction when I dance on it. So I can't wear low-cut socks, only high-cut ones to reduce the feeling of friction. Update 8/12 - Left leg bruised after 2.5 hours of rhythm skating at a party. I knew that friction would cause problems! The tongue often slips and does not significantly affect comfort. It may take time to break them down and shape my legs, but they are bearable. (Sure Grips are my 5th pair of skates. I have 1 CandiGirl, 2 Moxi Lollies, 1 Sure Grip.) The Sure Grip should have soft padding around the edge to make skating more comfortable, but I think I mean mine needs to update roles.
