Work For European Machine

Well it arrived and we hooked it up to our 240/250 volt European machine and it broke straight away. It's not because of that plug, it's because of the company that sent us a European compatible device and advised us to use an adapter like this. In this situation, a converter is needed, so be careful. Wrong device with wrong converter/adapter or not available can disturb the operation of the machine. For some machines with the right settings this will work fine I'm sure. But in our case we lost the function of our machine.
