Those who live in the south of the country like us rarely eat out. To find several restaurants in the next town, you would have to use a spell. And that means that we cook a lot in our village kitchen every day. These pans are perfect for us. Not just as a handy way to store leftovers (unlike most commercially available foil trays, they come with a lid). But also for cooking small dishes and desserts. We have a microwave, although I'm not a fan of heating anything in it. You'll get the most even heating and texture possible by heating things in the oven. The homemade chicken pie I made from scratch yesterday is still perfect today when reheated in these pans in the oven. And they save me from constantly rinsing other pans or always lining them with foil. Use them and then throw them in our trash. You also come with disposable food handling gloves, which are frankly useless. Like the chefs in any large restaurant, we wash our hands constantly. If you've ever worked in a sit-down restaurant, you simply haven't seen cooks or chefs wearing gloves. All in all, this is a good deal for some really useful disposable pans.
