Missing and broken parts

I don't write many reviews but I was really surprised when I opened the box and found this. I bought the products used in good condition and was told they had some cosmetic damage. I received the adapter with cosmetic damage as expected, but it also only had 3 of the 5 pins and all 3 were cut off. There weren't any screws either. Who ships cut hairpins?
