Great unit suitable for engine cooling and air conditioning

Put this on my 2012 6.2 1500 Silverado, absolutely no difference in transmission temp. pulls 6000lb on a hot day, the camper fan won't even turn on at 210°. one star if at all. I spoke to Derale directly before and after the purchase and spoke to two different people. what they said did not agree with the other person. Where is it installed, how is it connected (polarity - push or pull), etc. etc.
