There are no instructions on how to use functions such as sleep mode, setting the date, training, time, etc. Heart rate, B / P, oxygen - everything is easy, but other functions are impossible without instructions. There are clear instructions and videos on how to adjust the links to fit your wrist, but it's not easy. I'm disappointed with this smartwatch because I don't know how to use most of the features it offers.
