I like that they are very organized, have great customer service, and can handle any situation you may be facing with your medical records or practice! They also offer an excellent price/quality ratio which is hard to find nowadays.

There isn't anything really bad about this program; it's just what we needed at our office. We were looking for someone who could take over all aspects of transcribing from doctors' offices as well as hospital settings. This was perfect because there wasn't anyone else out there doing both types of work so effectively (and cheaply!).
