Review on MEGUIARS D15601 Synthetic X Press Fluid_Ounces by Mike Anderson

No big deal. Bought it because of the good reviews but was a little disappointed. I've done my fair share of Nu-Finish, Mothers, Maguiers 3 Step and everything else, but that was when I was in my 20's and had a lot more free time. Spray wax makes sense when I do my laundry every weekend anyway and have extra insurance in the California sun. This review compares to the turtle wax and dry spray I have used. I figured I'd save some money by buying this gallon instead of using individual bottles of tortoiseshell wax sprays. Side by side. This product comes off easily, maybe even too easily. It's like I used a diluted version of turtle wax and dried it. While hair is harder to rub off, the wax and dry putty gave a slightly deeper shine and slippery feel after buffing. This product looks like I just bought a diluted version of aerosol cans in bulk. But you get quite a lot, so the quantity is definitely there, I just don't think the quality is. Just something to consider. After I'm done with that gallon I'll probably try individual bottles of turtlewax and dry or ice. Both seem to please me for the price, ease of use and protection they seem to offer. Oh, and another thing I noticed was that when the turtle was wiped, there was wax and dry sprayed wax. My microfiber towels need to be washed twice to remove the towels, but these wash clean after a quick regular cycle in the washing machine. whatever that means to you.
