This pack is good for large cats but still minimal. I like having the access zipper at the top so I can leave it open for the kittens to pop their heads in and out. The collar hook works well and feels solid, but I ended up lengthening it a bit to give my kitty more wiggle room when using it. The flared back gives them extra room if they need to stay in the pack when dropping. It also gives them a small home base to fall back on when I set them up in new locations. That's what made me prefer this package over others, the fact that you can expand it while keeping the viewport closed. I've only been using it for about 2-3 weeks but I love it. Unfortunately, being a bare bones frame, it seems to wear out pretty quickly, but that makes it lighter and doesn't seem to stop me from using it at all. All in all, with cat access, an optional viewing hatch, breathable mesh sides, a collar hook, and lightness, I think it's worth the price. I got exactly what I expected
