Review on The Prober by Mike Carter

First I want to say how incredible the customer service is. I received my probe and it arrived at 8am and I was thrilled because I was just going to work and able to use my new instrument. I wanted to use it and it didn't fit my pole as stated in the description. I contacted the seller and to my surprise received a quick reply. The seller offered to meet me near my work and offered to bring me another sample specimen. He met me right away, attached the probe I had to the pole and made it easy for me. He said that sometimes they are difficult to put on. When I got tired, he didn't stay on the pole and screwed on it. lol. He told me to leave the probe on the pole, but I couldn't as it was the only pole I had to strap around for my services. He actually gave me a brand new pole that is 18 feet long so I can leave one for the probe and I can leave my webber on the other. I was shocked that he was willing to give me such a good expensive pole let alone drive 30-40 minutes to meet me. This tool is amazing and does exactly what I need. I highly recommend it!
