I dislike that they don't communicate directly through email anymore- instead they send mass emails and ask questions via their website. Please keep communications between employees through direct messages! This software helps organize our day to day operations by keeping up with schedules and appointments. It was able to help me out with my scheduling and appointments. It has been very helpful. It is very easy to use and I love that I can see all the updates in one place. I wish that there was a way to schedule appointments with my phone. I am able to see all of my appointments and it helps me with time planning. I am able to quickly and easily check in with my patients. It has been very helpful for me.
