Easy to use, and the customer service is great. The customer service is not always great, but it is better than some other companies. The scheduling is easy to use, and it is easy to keep track of all of my appointments and procedures. It is also a great way to keep track of my clients' pets, and I can see all of their appointments in one place. I like how easy it is to use, as well has being able of seeing all my appointments in one place! It's not very intuitive at first but once you get used too its great!! The only thing i dislike about this software was when there would be an appointment conflict with another patient that had been scheduled already by someone else (not me). I like that it is easy to use as an employee, and also has a lot of customization options! It's very helpful when you have multiple clients with different needs. I dislike that they don't communicate directly through email anymore- instead they send mass emails and ask questions via their website.
