Other knives can't keep up.

I tried Cutco knives on a friend and thought they were amazing and she has owned her knives for many years. They're expensive, but probably the last knives you need to buy. They even sharpen them for you. This is a good utility knife. I use it for slicing like a chef's knife, but also for slicing meat and things like pumpkin. You won't regret buying it if it fits your budget.
