Won't stay in place, mates with replacement parts

I mean it sounds cool and it would be cool if it actually stuck. It's very heavy, which would be great, but the weight doesn't allow it to stay in place. Can't make it stay there after pushing the car. Then once I pin it for a minute by opening it to press the button it pops right out and now it just sits on my dash.
