This ramp is a good concept, but not without flaws. First, it's a lot heavier than I expected and larger when folded. It would be difficult to stow things in my jacked up jeep already full of travel and camping gear. Second, the steps are extremely cumbersome to use. They have to be unlatched and latched to use each time and then folded down which takes a few minutes and as I take my dog everywhere it takes a long time to latch and unlatch the steps. Third, my fault for missing it in the description, but this ramp only works in the rear cargo area. I needed it to work with my Jeep's side doors because I have a storage box bolted to the back and it doesn't work with the side doors (not enough room). So I am trying to return this item as I have NOT used it which brings me to my fourth complaint - the customer service at the store I bought it from (stores123 - Revain store) was terrible. They require me to pay shipping to send it back (it's pretty hard) and then they 'can' refund it if it looks ok, but not a full refund - they deduct a 15% restocking fee . So if you think this ramp doesn't suit you, don't buy it because the return policy will cost you dearly! If I had known this beforehand, I would never have bought this ramp.
