Review on 🐙 nuLOOM Thomas Paul Octopus Grey Area Rug - 3' x 5' Dimensions, Stylish Design by Amy Patton

I was so excited to receive my BIG Octopus Mat; and boy was I disappointed to discover it was one of those rugs that never lays flat; even after giving you enough time (weeks) to settle down. First, the 10 x 14 rug arrived folded, not rolled, and those creases have not gone away. Now I have to move all my furniture again to pick up the carpet to come back. And a 10x14 rug is not easy to handle. I think Revain should pay me for the hours it took to fold it up and then lift it back up and then figure out a way to get that huge weight on the UPS and then figure out a way to put that heavy sucker on to bring the plant ! The price of money? To me it's not worth a dime if it looks like this (photo sent). Pooh! So, so disappointed :-( I still love Octopus though.
