A practical product, nothing to complain about.

I use the e725 only for remote access and as a cloud - the laptop lives its life without a top cover at all.
There were 2 HDD Toshiba 320 and 160. 320 fell down completely, 160 space is not enough, I decided to buy a new screw. I overpaid 700 for the price just for the sake of a guarantee. On an SSD in the amount of 8 GB, I didn’t really get carried away. Looks like the warranty will come in handy.
Perhaps the speed characteristics of this SSHD rested on the old SATA controller of my laptop, but it seems to me that this is not such a significant indicator . For me, the main thing is reliability, and here is an honest five-year warranty. Let's see how long this miracle will live, but I don't believe in Seagate for 5-6 years))

Cons

He is very hot! I put it in a beech (eMachines e725) and the temperature after cloning the system is 55 degrees! 55 CARL! Due to the ugly design of the beech, the CPU cooling passes directly over the HDD, I thought maybe the percentages and heats up . Rearranged the temperature in the ODD-caddy after a night of inactivity of 47 degrees! On Toshiba from this caddy in idle time it did not rise above 35! The speed during the HDTune test is just not very high, but oh well. All the same, most of the space will be used for file storage. The boot speed of the system compared to the previous fallen Toshiba has not increased. Price compared to peers without SSD cache.
