The lining of these pads is soft and fragile. When it was delivered it was terribly wrinkled. Or the product needs to be made from more durable materials if it doesn't even survive shipping. Or maybe better packaging. This has happened every time I've ordered auto parts through Amazon. These manufacturers have to start with the packaging of the product so that it doesn't get damaged since the product itself is very fragile.
