
I love Brooks shoes. I have a variety of running shoes and prefer Asics or Saucony for longer runs, but I always go back to Brooks for training shoes. I can't even describe the difference in feel because it's comfortable on any running day. I don't remember twisting my ankle every time at Brooks. I don't notice any heel slippage and the shoe fits well. I have a pair of Hokas which I love but sometimes my foot slips in the shoes on long runs. They don't seem to do this, although I prefer them for 5k runs or sprint interval training.
