They arrived pretty quickly which is great because I couldn't continue my project without them. I don't know why the manufacturer doesn't include them in needle sets. I use them all the time as the cords never seem to be long enough for what I need, especially when knitting Magic Loop. They connect very well with cables, just watch out for the connectors as they can come loose with use. They usually stay taut, but can be disastrous if they loosen in the middle of a big project. Definitely a must have when doing larger projects with interchangeable needles.
