I have a 2002 GMC Envoy and have changed the window motors in the doors at least a few times. One of the things I've found is that the panel clips become brittle with age and if pushed out when replacing, many of them break. The new ones are obviously more flexible so you get a nice strong pop when you put them back in and love the new grip on these little ones.
